Mafikl launder Pvt Ltd("Mafikl Laundry") values your privacy. Any kind of complaint will be entertained only within 72 hrs. of the delivery of package. White and colored clothes are segregated and washed separately, even then if any of your clothes get color stains from other clothes while washing, then we are not responsible for this. Once a complaint is registered, you will get a resolution from our customer grievance team within 7 working days. If any kind of reimbursement has to be made then it will be in form of our laundry packages only.

We collect personal information from Service Professionals offering their products and services. This information is partially or completely accessible to all visitors using mobile application, either directly or by submitting a request for a service. Service Professionals and customers are required to create an account to be able to access certain portions of our App.

Consumers: During the Account registration process and during your usage of application, we will collect information such as your name, postal code,city and address We may also collect personal information that you post in your Offer, Profile, Wants, or Feedback, and any comments or discussions you post in any blog, chat room, or other correspondence site on the mobile application, or any comments you provide during dispute resolution with other users of the mobile application.

Package Refund: The customer can always initiate the process for refund of package payment within 72 hours of your package being purchased.

Damaged Order: In Laundry color transfer or color fading are a genuine problem. The customer can always register a complaint within 3 days of the delivery if not satisfied with the work and shortly customer care will get in touch with the client within 24 hours of the complaint being registered. If the damage is caused due to washing, we are liable for a maximum of 5 times the service cost for that cloth.

Packaging: Mafikl Laundry delivery boy will arrive with Eco-friendly packaging. Sustainable packaging is the development and use of packaging which results in improved sustainability.

Service Professionals: If you are a Service Professional and would like to post any information about yourself, we will require you to register for an Account. During the Account registration process, we will collect your business name, telephone number, address, zip code, travel preferences, a description of your services, a headline for your profile, first and last name, and email address. Other information may also be required to be provided to Mafikl whilst you avail and use Mobile application. In addition, you may, but are not required to, provide other content or information about your business, including photographs and videos.

Background Verification: The Service Professional acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, the Company or an entity /agency appointed or nominated by the Company (“Verifier”), may undertake background verification checks of the Service Professional in order to authenticate inter alia the genuineness and competency of the Service Professional.

We may obtain your device ID, which is sent to Mafikl servers and used in fraud prevention efforts.

ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS:

We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. We will gather the email addresses of users who sign up for Mafikl for the newsletter mailing list. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by opting out of receiving newsletters during the registration process, by following the link provided in each newsletter that points users to a subscription management page where the user can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters or by changing their preferences in their Profile Settings page.
